Mr. Konrad handled the air conditioning installation (2 indoor units + 1 outdoor unit) in the house in a very professional and matter-of-fact manner. Everything was thought out and done so as to limit the necessary renovation works (the house has been standing for 11 years). Additionally, he answered every technical question efficiently and easily, and he knows his stuff. I highly recommend Mr. Konrad's company!
