Mr. Konrad handled the air conditioning installation (2 indoor units + 1 outdoor unit) in the house in a very professional and matter-of-fact manner. Everything was thought out and done so as to limit the necessary renovation works (the house has been standing for 11 years). Additionally, he answered every technical question efficiently and easily, and he knows his stuff. I highly recommend Mr. Konrad's company!

10 lutego 2022I finally found a decent service that didn't just involve a 15-minute visit from a service technician and spraying with anti-fungal agent. The air conditioning was cleaned and inspected reliably. The device was disassembled and thoroughly cleaned with a specialized device. Fungi removed, ozonated and, in addition, the external unit cleaned - this is rare for this type of services, most often the service technician focuses only on the cooling device in the apartment. Additionally, the cooperating company custom-made me a beautiful wooden cover for the generator 🙂 I highly recommend it. Professional service, nice communication.

24 kwietnia 2024Polecam. Szybka reakcja i rozwiązanie problemu z niedogrzaniem ogrzewania podłogowego współpracującego z pompą ciepła. Od samego początku trafne uwagi i naprawa tego co powodowało problem. Instalator pomógł w usunięciu usterki pozostawionej po poprzednim montazyscie.
