A specific quote with several installation options, clear billing rules, all issues dealt with very quickly and transparently. Installation of the outdoor unit and two indoor units with full culture and professionalism, cleanliness and consultations on the installation of each element. If I had to install air conditioning again, I would only do it with Mr. Konrad, I recommend him!

I finally found a decent service that didn't just involve a 15-minute visit from a service technician and spraying with anti-fungal agent. The air conditioning was cleaned and inspected reliably. The device was disassembled and thoroughly cleaned with a specialized device. Fungi removed, ozonated and, in addition, the external unit cleaned - this is rare for this type of services, most often the service technician focuses only on the cooling device in the apartment. Additionally, the cooperating company custom-made me a beautiful wooden cover for the generator 🙂 I highly recommend it. Professional service, nice communication.
