Mr. Konrad handled the air conditioning installation (2 indoor units + 1 outdoor unit) in the house in a very professional and matter-of-fact manner. Everything was thought out and done so as to limit the necessary renovation works (the house has been standing for 11 years). Additionally, he answered every technical question efficiently and easily, and he knows his stuff. I highly recommend Mr. Konrad's company!

Konrad Prokopski Pro Cool Heating Air Conditioning is full professionalism at every stage of cooperation! From the first contact, they advised me in choosing the right units, taking into account my needs, apartment size and budget. The installation was prepared on time, efficiently and very thoroughly. He cooperated well with the finishing team and suggested where we could prepare an additional drain to shorten the condensate route. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable specialists! 🔥👏
